The delivery of the furniture you have ordered through our website is at the expense of the buyer but our company makes a number of discounts for our clients who are related both to some property purchase through our websites www.bestbulgarianproperties.co.uk or www.bulgarianrealestate.net, and to the delivery of furniture for the properties they have purchased from us or have entrusted their management to our Property Management team.
Usually the apartments or hotels situated in the top tourist areas – sea or ski resorts – and purchased through our company, have their furniture packages which are ordered from the website with the delivery all for free.
Because of the fact that our company does furnishing, equipment and categorizing of tourist sites and residential buildings which are to be rented out, our company covers the delivery of the furniture and equipment purchased online through our website for properties purchased from us or managed by us. The distance we cover is up to 100km from our closest office /see our offices/ to the object itself, as the rest of the passed distance /if any/ is charged at the ordinary tariff for truck deliveries, which is 0.70 €/sq.m. or by way of additional agreement in case of non-standard errands.
